The Annual Fresno CDS Toys for Tots Schooling Show was held Saturday, December 3, 2016 at La Dolce Vita Equestrian Center. Participants enjoyed beautiful weather and a full day of competition. Rides began at 8:30 and concluded around 5:00 pm.
High scoring individuals in three divisions were awarded bridle bags and horse cookies donated by Bob and Ricki Quinn. Jade Eddy was the high scoring Junior/Young Rider. Cheryl Ray was the high scoring Adult Amateur. Aniah Sweeny was the high scoring Open competitor.
The stars of the show were those riders just beginning their dressage careers. The costume and leadline class had six entries. Contestants were judged on costume, general equitataion, question & answer, and an obstacle course. Suzie Akbiyikian put together lovely prize bags for the competitors.
Thank you to all the volunteers, without whom shows could not happen. Thank you for the generous donation of toys to the Toys for Tots program by the participants. We are looking forward to another year of showing and fun!
